University currently supports international missions in Bhivamaram, India; Misión Para Cristo in Jinotega, Nicaragua; Dnipro, Ukraine; Quito, Ecuador; Mexico, and Eastern Europe. We also support stateside missions including Buffs for Christ on the campus of West Texas A&M University; High Plains Children’s Home; New Mexico Christian Children’s Home; Operation Northern New Mexico; and Camp Blue Haven. University members also visit various missions and help with local efforts.
A special monthly offering is taken at University to support missions. Missions collection is taken up after regular offering on the first Sunday of each month.
Short-term Missions. University provides members limited assistance for short-term missions. Application forms can be obtained from the missions deacon or church office. Grants are based upon the mission objective, need, sponsors, and available funding.
